Authentex Global Limited, a member of North Shore Global, was facing increasing complexity in managing inventory across multiple orders and production cycles. The team had no visibility into order-wise material consumption versus purchase, no real-time acknowledgment of actual stock levels, and difficulty determining accurate valuations of stored goods. There was no systematic tracking for expiry-sensitive materials and no way to justify discrepancies between purchased goods and available stock. These gaps led to planning inefficiencies, increased wastage, and challenges in financial reconciliation across their Bangladesh and Taiwan operations.
