About the role
You'll partner with PMs and engineers to design end-to-end experiences across our ERP and tracking products. We expect strong systems thinking and visual taste.
What you’ll do
- Lead the design of features from research through hand-off
- Maintain and grow our design system in Figma/Pencil
- Run usability sessions on the factory floor and translate findings into shipped changes
- Pair with engineers during build to keep fidelity high
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years designing complex B2B / enterprise products
- Portfolio with shipped work, not just concepts
- Comfort with ambiguous, data-rich problem spaces
