About the role
You'll lead front-end work on Skylark's flagship ERP and tracking products, partnering with product, design, and back-end engineers to ship reliable, beautiful experiences for factory floor users.
What you’ll do
- Design and build performant React components in our Next.js applications
- Own front-end architecture decisions for one or more product surfaces
- Mentor mid-level engineers and review their pull requests
- Collaborate with designers to translate Pencil/Figma specs into shipped UI
- Diagnose and fix production performance issues
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years building production React applications
- Strong TypeScript and modern CSS skills
- Experience with Next.js App Router or a comparable React framework
- Comfort owning a feature end to end without hand-holding
Nice to have
- Background in manufacturing or supply-chain software
- Experience tuning Lighthouse / Core Web Vitals
- Familiarity with GSAP or Framer Motion
